We carefully prepare every order, and we want you to feel confident when ordering from us.

If your PunchMate™ arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear pictures or videos.

We will:
• Arrange a replacement, or  
• Provide a refund if the issue cannot be resolved  

Please note:
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind after delivery.
